Stupid! wad kind of service provider is she man. Lazy pig!

today wake up at 2pm, cos veri tired, do the picture until 4.30pm. sum more can't slp cos to happy, long time nv see them. Reallly busy to earn money. I forever love their dance de lah. really. Juz nw watch their mv, while watching happily then when i watch the Ai Qing Feng Xiang Qiu it really suprise mi lo, cos the song dun give mi any ideal of dance but just singing. today work morning shift and go shopping with Mei, Si Han and xing fang. we go far east shopping, they all buy shirt veri nice lo. i tink i goin to buy next time.then we go souel garden eat. veri full lo... and we go back le. say did nt buy bean cos wan DIY. nvm, another day lo. Long time no shopping, today i tink cool my bad day at work, again abt customer, really sad.

no time to update blog ytd cos i need to sleep early. But really couldn't slp. go to work in the afternoon and heard abt auntie Poh Hong abt the complaint. she say tt Stanely manage to get the thermostat for the customer and they still have to please the customer nt to complaint to management. Really veri angry lo! i didn't do anything why muz i let the DM to do that. If the customer comfirm tt i did tt to her why she dun wan mi to apologise. I tink she dun dare right! really veri sad, dunno will Terance and Stanely believe mi. Then meet a lot of customer seem like trying to bring trouble. haizz.... sian!

i am play sim 2 all day long, then sian need to go to work le, so get change go work. go to work at 6pm. then when devi go break one customer want to redeem the thermometer. 9(buy 5 pamper to get the free gift)when the customer pass mi the receipt i feel ? cos the thermometer is fully redeem so actually i wan to ask the customer you want to collect the thermometer? Then the customer say: the thermometer lah! then the auntie poh hong explain to the customer that it is fully redeem and say if u think the pamper too many u can make refund. Then the customer walk away. Then when devi come back from break she check the voice mail, a customer speak so fast and Devi tel mi listen. I talk down the customer name call Josephine and Devi call the customer. The customer told Devi she want to complaint to Press, she say the young gal which is me is veri rude to her. And say auntie poh hong is oso. Then Devi hand the complaint to duty manager. Lucky today manager is Terance. I have no fear to hand this complaint to him cos he is veri fair person. then he try to cool the customer down. And he cal the suppler whether they still have the free gift and if have juz give him as he dun wan his customer service in trouble and if dun have forget it. i really happy for his help. And he told mi we shd nt ask the customer to refund. And he say the customer say he say other customer have. Then i told him the customer nv ask why other customer have. At last he settle for us. Thank alot Mr Terance. Haizz..... really feel ???? why the customer lai tt. I tink she juz wan the free gift.

today while walking to work my dad call sudden feel my pant inside got needle, aiyo pok my leg... my mum sew le forget to take out, haha..... today gt 1 customer look like NiuNai then he come to my counter veri fierce and boom! the ctn of Ice lemon tea on my table... he is wearing the star idol t-shirt..... yeah tml off, can rest le.

today sleep until 3pm, aiyo... then wake up after go work. i mum buy lunch for mi as i no time to eat i bring there lor if nt wasted. but the fish so big i can't without a table. then i meet my dad at IMM i give him my rice, feeling veri bad lor haizz.... today peter ask mi since daisy is nt around le why dun wan to go back to checkout? i say checkout supervisor treat us dunno wad u won't understand how i am treated by somebody sometime. Then when i wan to bank in my money cashroom nobody, the i go counter look for them, Katty scold mi for paging her 3times becos of the spring onion. i nt been working cashier so i dunno, the customer insist no need to weight i ask them then she say u cnt ask cashier and say so many, then i dunno wad to say, katherine, her and tow cashier eyes looking at mi, i dunno how i feel like crying and she keep on scolding. i feel like i am been scold scold scold.... then i walk alway, she tel mi go cashier room to bank in, the i cry then she start to scare and say i am nt scolding you. i didn't wan to her anything i juz i wan to leave the room. Then Plo see mi cry say she is lai tt and i oso noe. Then she tel wen onn. haizz.... dun wan to blog le, bad mood.

today go work then feeling like tired and head pain. then dun feel like eating. Lucky gt li en acc mi go eat. After my break still have to pack the stupid delivery, everyday dun have onli today so many, so tired. Devi and maryln oso feeling unwell. haiz, think becos of the weather bahx....

i really dunno i long i can work there le.... today saliam say if we don't paging every 15min, then transfer to seafood dept, i dun wan! veri smelly. haizz.... everyday have new rule, i can't stand it any more le. today i still can't wake up early, as usual i quickly wake up go bath and go to work, my sis and her boyfriend come shopping in advance acc mi go eat dinner. Her boyfriend buy mi sushi, veri nice. then we go daiso buy lunch box, i bought a pink 1. Terance tel mi to help him post warrenty card to customer, haha....tinking i will de... then Lawrence told mi to help him IBT form to let the delivery man sign when he come, keep on make thing diffcult for him, haha..tml pass him the form muz tink of sumthing to make him diffcult again. While goin punch card sudden tink of some thing funny. IBT=BIT.... haha... Ltr got 1 customer take so many jubo bag from mi, so angry, she tink wad no need money iszit. even the managnment tink it is nothing i dun tink so, i will do wad i tink is right. gt the photo on Monday!

reach there at 3pm then saw devi at frozen dept, then she told mi she wan give mi my birthday present, but i feel really no need as she is so busy. In the afternoon so many people work. Heard frm Devi that Chin Tiong wan to resign then i gt a shock cos he is really doin very well for the delivery and nobody is goin against him. he say that he work so hard but the management seem like do not appreciate. haizz.... wad can we do? can believe she is so quiet but he is observing everything. really dunno wad is goin happen next, feel my life is interesting wif such tis shock. can't believe who i saw today, i saw Ai Wei and Ying Ying. Ying Ying change alot, Ai Wei is still as pretty as usual. When i saw them i did nt immdiatey call them i stung a while cos i can't believe who i saw, haha.... really didn't see them for quiet long time. i tink 1 and a half yrs le.

today wake up at 7.30am then i went for my BFD exam. abit confident for the exam. haha lucky nv fall sleep. After the exam we went to macdonald for breakfast, so angry, the staff say they will send the burger to us but he didn't and he serve the burger to another customer tt is taking away. sum more 1 burger has to wait for so long, i first time speak out but pei ming stop mi. so angry. haha...but forget it. In the afternoon mi, Li Lian, Pei Ming and Jia Xin go orchard shopping. Then we go bugis meet Qiuting and Shi ting, again we meet Li Ling and carrine follow the we meet chun hao then Edwin, Sheng Yang, Jia Hui and Jeff. We go eat steamboat at bugis and celebrate Li Lian birthday. Omg they press too hard li lian face is all cake, haha.... li lian no angry. we take picture together then mi, and li lian go hm together. Other they go for a drink bahx. tt all gd nitex! bye bye!!

today wake up at 12pm. ltr go Jurong east library study with camilla, the stupid library no free wireless. so considence i saw chun hao with her fren der, i wave to her luckily she go see mi. Then we go mac cam say she hungry but in the end she wan eat long john so i acc her. Then go mac use my internet again. Ltr i buy dinner for my dad and she went to meet her sis go buy tv.

2day a hm rest and watch my VCD. One part so touch the guy tel his fren his fiancee saw UFO b4 but nobody believe him. ltr he told his fren her fiancee will come tis sat but in the end he say nt coming. ltr her fiancee's parent cm to his office to look for him and then all his fren noe tt actually today is her fiancee 1 yrs die Anniversary. He keep on say that there is UFO because when his fiancee told him that he saw UFO he dun believe her and quarrel wif her, the next day she died in a accident. The guy could nt believe that she has die.
so sad.

goin to fall sick le. feeling weak. juz nw saw Eric in the msn so i tok to him, cos he promise to cm back for work after his exam and let mi go for my exam, and i wan to say him de lo and juz kidding lai tt but he say he is working nw. Seem like dun have the time to tok to mi. feel like goin angry as he has promise but i tink nvm as he is nt tt kind of ppl.
sumtime i am angry wif sumone tt i feel i am the fren who is giving out, but i my heart stop mi. i am really sick of tt but i life has to carry on. Everyone has left, but why am i the one still straggling der. Does wad i done have a nice ending??

today i take my Access Exam and i had prepare already but i tink wrong le, it abt the date. after tt i gt my BFD remedial with another lecturer. abit sian cos my stay in sch but i tink it is useful. Then i go hm watch VCD cos no need work, haha....i have change my blogskin, yeah i like it. i oso like jonathan de blogskin, the blood veri chio.

Daisy comfirm resign, really veri sad. why muz thing end in tis way. Maybe eveyone go left and tis can make mi left oso. haizz.... why muz thing happen to be like tis. btw thank for everything tt u have taught mi. Today the duty DM Ken Chin look like veri no use and action de, but heard frm ppl tt he is. he is only a "butcher"..... hahaha....

i had nt been working for 4 days. Thing happen again. Vincent leow is nt longer our store manager, but life won't be getting better cos the new store manager gt many new rules. and our life will nt be easy.

Lawrence has promoted to Senior DM and work mainly morning shift, Sad.
can't imagine how my life will be there.... will be better or will it be worst.
