got complaint by customer

i am play sim 2 all day long, then sian need to go to work le, so get change go work. go to work at 6pm. then when devi go break one customer want to redeem the thermometer. 9(buy 5 pamper to get the free gift)when the customer pass mi the receipt i feel ? cos the thermometer is fully redeem so actually i wan to ask the customer you want to collect the thermometer? Then the customer say: the thermometer lah! then the auntie poh hong explain to the customer that it is fully redeem and say if u think the pamper too many u can make refund. Then the customer walk away. Then when devi come back from break she check the voice mail, a customer speak so fast and Devi tel mi listen. I talk down the customer name call Josephine and Devi call the customer. The customer told Devi she want to complaint to Press, she say the young gal which is me is veri rude to her. And say auntie poh hong is oso. Then Devi hand the complaint to duty manager. Lucky today manager is Terance. I have no fear to hand this complaint to him cos he is veri fair person. then he try to cool the customer down. And he cal the suppler whether they still have the free gift and if have juz give him as he dun wan his customer service in trouble and if dun have forget it. i really happy for his help. And he told mi we shd nt ask the customer to refund. And he say the customer say he say other customer have. Then i told him the customer nv ask why other customer have. At last he settle for us. Thank alot Mr Terance. Haizz..... really feel ???? why the customer lai tt. I tink she juz wan the free gift.
